So that you can be informed of the coverage your Medical insurance provides for you, please call your insurance company at the phone number provided on the back of your insurance card to ask if your plan covers “Routine Eye Exams” and also if you have any benefits for “Materials”.   The following is a list of the Vision Insurance plans we participate with:

• Humana Vision Care Plan
• Vision Service Plan (VSP)

We are not a participating provider with Davis Vision Discount Plan; however we do honor a discount to you if you have this plan.
